LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a Production Operator to monitor and operate plant process equipment in our Akron facility. The role supports achieving quality production while adhering to safety standards and communicating across shifts.

Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, changeovers, and routine maintenance tasks, with required heavy lifting and use of PPE. A high school diploma and basic math/computer skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Must read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and communicate in English.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment used during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery.
• Follow safety requirements and LOTO procedures for all tasks.
• Record production data and maintain communication with team members.
• Maintain a clean work environment and proper storage of tools and equipment.
