LyondellBasell Industries is hiring a Production Operator for 2nd Shift (3pm - 1am, Mon-Thu) at the Conneaut, OH facility. You will monitor plant equipment, perform troubleshooting, and document operating parameters while coordinating with maintenance and technical staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in production, English proficiency, and pre-employment screening. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months prior production or manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents and communicate in English.
• Must submit to pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen.
• Formal education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment used in daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and disassemble/assemble/clean machinery.
• Follow daily production run schedules and resolve quality issues.
• Stage packaging area and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment and store tools properly.
