Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–1am, Mon–Thu) to monitor and operate plant equipment, troubleshoot processes, and support quality production. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months in production, and basic English literacy.

SAP experience is a plus, with pre-employment screening required. You will work in a safety‑conscious environment, perform changeovers, staging, and packaging tasks, and operate forklifts as needed while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED at time of application.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in production or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and speak English.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check, physical and urine drug screen.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment used in daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers, disassemble/assemble, and clean machinery.
• Understand daily production run schedules and resolve quality issues.
• Stage packaging area, lift 55 lbs+, and prepare for shipment and distribution.
• Operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished product.
• Follow LOTO procedures and maintain a clean work area.
