LyondellBasell Industries is hiring a Production Operator in Mansfield, TX. The role focuses on monitoring plant equipment, maintaining unit reliability, and documenting operating parameters. Team members support maintenance and operate in a 12-hour shift rotation, with 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am schedules.

Applicants should have basic math skills, SAP experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Must pass pre-employment screening and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months experience in production or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and stand for long periods; wear PPE as required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and disassemble/assemble/clean machinery.
• Follow safety, LOTO procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Record production data and report quality issues promptly.
