The role emphasizes ownership of written advocacy, collaboration with partners, and development through a structured academy and mentoring program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of antitrust experience, mix of litigation and counseling.
• Background at a top AmLaw 100 firm or DOJ/FTC antitrust division.
• Strong writing and research skills with drafting motions, briefs, or memos.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy antitrust team across offices.
• Handle antitrust litigation, government investigations, and counseling on competition issues.
• Lead written advocacy and coordinate with partners and clients.
• Support merger analysis and Second Request responses.
