Advocates Legal Recruiting is sourcing a Midlevel Antitrust Associate for a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 client. The role spans antitrust litigation, investigations, and merger work across multiple U.S. offices, with cross-office collaboration and partner interaction.

You will join a busy team handling complex matters for major technology, consumer, and industrial clients nationwide, with structured development and a strong performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of antitrust experience, mix of litigation and counseling.
• Background at an AmLaw 100 firm or DOJ/FTC antitrust division.
• Strong research and writing, with drafting motions, briefs, or memos for partners.

Responsibilities

• Litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions and competitor suits.
• Government investigations and agency advocacy before DOJ/FTC.
• Counsel on pricing, distribution, joint ventures and other competition issues.
• HSR analysis and Second Request support for transactions.
