Qualifications

• 3–5 years antitrust experience; mix of litigation and counseling.
• Strong research and writing skills; experience drafting motions, briefs, or memos.

Responsibilities

• Handle antitrust litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions and competitor suits.
• Assist with government investigations and agency advocacy before DOJ and FTC.
• Counsel on pricing, distribution, joint ventures, and competition issues.
• Perform merger HS R analysis and Second Request support for transactions.
• Engage on matters at intersection of technology and antitrust.
