Qualifications

• 2–5 years of substantive antitrust litigation experience
• Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, brief writing, and expert-related work
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Researching and drafting complex motions and briefs
• Working closely with economic and industry experts
• Managing day-to-day case strategy and discovery
• Supervising junior associates and other members of the case team
• Communicating with clients and contributing to the overall management of matters
