Job summary

MasterBorn is hiring a Support Engineer to join a fast-paced team serving US-based clients. You will diagnose and fix issues in scalable web apps using Node.js and TypeScript on AWS, delivering world-class service.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You’ll write clean JS, follow SOLID and KISS, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the company.

Job description

• Work as a Support Engineer in a fast-paced environment, providing world-class service to US-based clients.
• Focus on fixing and debugging modern, scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and (No)SQL technologies on AWS Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business complexities into technical solutions.
• Utilize tools like MS Office Suite, Azure DevOps, Jira, FigJam, and Slack for daily operations.
• Work with MS SQL, PostgreSQL (Greenplum), Snowflake, and Python for data-related tasks.
• Use GitHub for version control and Coda for documentation and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:
