Job summary

MasterBorn is hiring a Support Engineer to join a fast-paced team serving US-based clients. You will diagnose and fix issues in scalable web apps using Node.js and TypeScript on AWS, delivering world-class service.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You’ll write clean JS, follow SOLID and KISS, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging modern web applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review error tracking tools, infrastructure, and 3rd party connections, debugging as needed.
• Write readable and maintainable JS code with different flavors, adhering to SOLID and KISS principles.
• Stay on top of trends, share knowledge, and contribute to the company's knowledge base.
