Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a Support Engineer to deliver high-quality service for our US-based clients using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. You will debug scalable web apps, review infra, and provide maintainable code while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Node.js, solid AWS experience, and strong English (C1). Flexible hours (afternoon/evening CET/CEST) and options for remote or hybrid work are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Node.js development with commercial experience.
• Experience debugging and maintaining web apps on AWS.
• Solid knowledge of JS fundamentals and modern frameworks.
• Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases and ORM tools; NoSQL is a plus.
• English at level C1; Polish at level C1 for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and troubleshot issues during afternoon/evening shifts.
• Review error tracking, infra, and 3rd party connections; debug as needed.
• Prioritize bugs and client requests; provide timely resolutions.
• Write readable, maintainable JS code and contribute to product improvements.
• document delivered code and solutions; translate business needs into technical results.
• stay updated with trends, share knowledge, and contribute to knowledge base.
