Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted literacy instruction in small groups using the Really Great Reading curriculum.
• Develop foundational reading skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Assess student progress with diagnostic assessments and progress monitoring; adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support literacy development in Tier 1 instruction.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for diverse learners.
• Participate in coaching, feedback, and professional development to strengthen practice.
