DSST Public Schools is seeking a Middle School Literacy Interventionist to support grades 6–8 across Denver and Aurora using the Really Great Reading curriculum. You will deliver targeted, small‑group reading instruction, focusing on phonics, fluency, and comprehension, while tracking progress to boost student confidence and independence as readers.

This full-time, in-person role includes relocation support for candidates moving 75 miles or more.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsabilités

• Deliver targeted literacy instruction in small groups (3–4 groups, 6–10 students each).
• Develop foundational reading skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Assess and monitor student progress using diagnostic assessments and data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support Tier 1 instruction.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Engage in regular coaching and professional development.
