Job summary

School Of Science & Technology is seeking an Interventionist Teacher to work with small groups of students who are behind grade level in Reading and/or Math. The role includes delivering targeted instruction, using progress monitoring, and aligning with SST’s STEM for all initiative.

The candidate will implement state standards, maintain detailed lesson plans, and collaborate with general education teachers to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Teaching certification or relevant field experience preferred.
• K-12 classroom experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Interventionist duties for CSI groups in reading and/or math.
• Coordinate with general education teachers to support intervention.
• Implement state standards and curricula for CSI and honors/AP courses.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans and monitor student progress.
• Communicate student progress weekly with families.
• Maintain behavior management aligned with campus initiatives.
• Participate in weekly meetings and after-school duties.
• Engage in professional development and district initiatives.
