Zeta Charter Schools in New York City is seeking a Middle School Assistant Principal focused on Humanities or STEM. You will lead instructional teams, drive student outcomes, and partner with families to create an engaging, rigorous English and History or Science program across grades 6–8.

This on-site role offers a starting salary between $105,000 and $122,000, eligibility for a merit bonus, relocation support to NYC, and a pathway to advance as part of a growth-minded network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year as an Assistant Principal leading instructional teams.
• 2 years of classroom teaching experience required.
• Deep understanding of Middle School Humanities or STEM instruction.
• Experience using student work, assessment data, and observations to coach teams and drive mastery.
