This on-site role reports to the principal and offers a salary starting at $105,000 to $122,000 with merit-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Assistant Principal role leading instructional teams and using data to drive outcomes.
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Deep understanding of effective instruction and classroom excellence.
• Ability to coach teams and drive 90%+ of students to grade-level mastery by year end.
• Proven ability to develop people and build high-performing teams.
