Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience with NYC middle and high school admissions processes.
  • Experience in an out-of-school time setting.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Student and Family Services
  • Meet with students and families to conduct registration.
  • Develop PLPs and behavior support plans.
  • Monitor student progress, attendance and development.
  • Provide academic, social, and emotional support to promote promotion to next grade.
  • Maintain attendance and outreach data in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with schools and families to support student success.
  • Support recruiting, hiring and training of part-time staff.
