Responsibilities

• Provide educational advocacy and supports for up to 50 students.
• Coordinate with case planners, tutors, and schools.
• Refer tutoring services and extracurricular activities.
• Guide high school selection for 8th graders.
• Ensure DOE/ACCESS VR referrals as needed.
• Maintain monthly progress reports.
