Job summary

Lake Fenton Community Schools in Michigan is seeking an Academic Interventionist to support grades 6-8 at Lake Fenton Middle School. This role focuses on tier 2 and 3 interventions, data analysis, MTSS processes, and collaboration with staff to boost student success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in working with students in grades 6-8.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in providing ELA and Math tier 2 and tier 3 interventions for At-Risk students.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in analysis of student data (i.e., unit NWEA, etc.).
• Preferred knowledge and experience in Google Sheets.
• Preferred knowledge and/or experience in providing various types of math and reading interventions to students.
• Knowledge of the MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Success) processes.
• Ability to maintain student confidentiality.
