Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems preferred.
• 8–10+ years in investment/asset management operations.
• Deep expertise in Middle/Back Office across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Middle Office Operations team in the LA area.
• Oversee trade processing, settlement, and investment funding across asset classes.
• Ensure SOC-1 and SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain runbooks and drive process improvements with technology teams.
• Partner with front office, compliance, accounting, and technology teams on initiatives.
