Job summary

L&G Asset Management America seeks the Head of US Middle Office Oversight to lead post-trade operations across Trade Services, Derivatives, Collateral, Reconciliations, and Asset Servicing. The role partners with PM, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, Technology, and external providers to deliver risk-managed operations and drive automation.

The leader will govern outsourced operating models, ensure regulatory preparedness, and oversee governance of vendors and service levels while

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of investment operations, middle office, or post-trade experience.
• Deep expertise across trade services, settlements, derivatives, collateral management, reconciliations, corporate actions, and outsourced operating models.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operational disciplines through managers and senior team leads.
• Proven track record managing operational risk, controls, regulatory audits, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Trade lifecycle management and settlement oversight.
• Funding and fail management, market claims, and trade control framework.
• OTC and ETD lifecycle events, margin and collateral management, UMR compliance, OTC pricing, and clearing operations oversight.
• Cash and position reconciliations, derivative reconciliations, and exception governance.
