Job summary

Apollo Insurance Solutions Group seeks a Director to lead its Los Angeles-based Middle Office Operations. You will manage trade support, collateral, funding, and reconciliation, partnering with investment, accounting, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in asset management operations with strong tech skills (Bloomberg, Excel, VBA, SQL) and a CPA/CFA is a plus. This role emphasizes scalability, controls, and strategic improvements within ISG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Finance/Accounting/Economics or IS).
• Experience in investment/asset management operations with SOC-1, NAIC, and SEC environments preferred.
• Strong technical skills for operational workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Middle Office Operations team in the ELS office.
• Oversee trade processing and settlement across asset classes.
• Ensure SOC-1 and SOX compliance and support audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation in operational workflows.
• Coordinate with front office, accounting, and technology teams.
