Apollo Insurance Solutions Group ("ISG") is seeking an experienced Director to manage its Los Angeles-based Middle Office Operations team. This is a manager role for an operations professional who combines deep technical expertise in investment operations with strong management capabilities. The Director will report directly to the Head of ISG Middle Office Operations and will be responsible for leading a team across trade support, collateral management, portfolio rebalancing, client service, and investment funding operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and scale ISG’s middle office function, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with investment, front office, accounting, and technology teams in a fast-paced investment management business.
