Apollo Global Management, Inc. is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate Director to support SEC, GAAP, and SOX compliant filings. You will partner with Legal Entity Controllers, Strategic Finance, and Corporate Consolidation to deliver accurate management reporting.

The role emphasizes improving processes, automating workflows, and maintaining data integrity across financial systems, with a strong focus on footnotes, MD&A disclosures, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise with SEC reporting.
• CPA or equivalent preferred; Big 4/financial services background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly Earnings Release, Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K disclosures.
• Analyze non-GAAP metrics and fund performance data.
• Maintain SOX controls and ensure compliance across filings.
• Support internal reporting to senior management and committees.
• Improve workflow through automation and data systems.
