Job summary

Legalandgeneral (L&G) Asset Management is seeking a Head of US Middle Office Oversight to lead and govern critical post-trade operations across the investment lifecycle. You will oversee Trade Services, Derivatives, Collateral, Reconciliations, Asset Servicing, and outsourced service governance to drive automation and control enhancements.

You will partner with Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, Technology, Custody, and Brokers to deliver operational excellence, while

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of investment operations, middle office, or post-trade experience.
• Deep expertise across trade services, settlements, derivatives, collateral management, reconciliations, corporate actions, and outsourced operating models.
• Proven track record leading multiple operational disciplines through managers and senior team leads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Trade Services, including lifecycle management, settlement, funding and fail management, market claims, and control framework.
• Oversee Derivatives & Collateral, including OTC/ETD events, margin/collateral management, UMR, pricing, and clearing operations.
