Job summary

King Risk Partners, a top-100 U.S. broker, seeks a producer to win and grow middle-market accounts, protecting businesses and accelerating growth. You will access carrier markets, marketing support, CRM, and AMS platforms to expand our footprint across the Eastern and southeastern U.S.

You will report to the Commercial Sales Leader and collaborate with account executives and placement specialists to drive new premium and retention with a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing middle-market P&C with a documented track record of $750K+ new premium.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through binding and first-year servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of property, GL, auto, workers’ compensation, and umbrella placements.
• Demonstrated success building referral sources and centers of influence in the commercial space.

Responsibilities

• Generate $1.2M+ in new middle-market premium within 18 months by originating, qualifying, and closing property, casualty, and specialty accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline of 40+ active opportunities each quarter through targeted prospecting and referral networks.
• Convert 25% of first meetings into bound business by delivering consultative risk assessments and comprehensive proposals.
• Achieve 85% first-year retention on new accounts through proactive stewardship and cross-sell of employee benefits or surety.
• Expand 20% of existing middle-market relationships by identifying uncovered exposures and placing additional lines.
• Mentor junior producers and share market intelligence with underwriting and service teams.
