King Risk Partners is seeking a seasoned producer to grow middle-market P&C business across the Eastern and southeastern U.S. You will originate, qualify, and close complex accounts while leveraging a full suite of carrier markets and a strong referral network.

The role requires 5+ years in middle-market P&C, active P&C licensing, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to servicing. Excellent mentorship and collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing middle-market commercial P&C with a documented track record of $750K+ new premium.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through binding and first-year servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of property, GL, auto, workers’ compensation, and umbrella placements.
• Demonstrated success building referral sources and centers of influence in the commercial space.

Responsibilities

• Generate new middle-market commercial premium and grow accounts across the Eastern and southeastern U.S.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and convert first meetings into bound business.
• Mentor junior producers and share market intelligence with underwriting and service teams.
• Collaborate with account executives and placement specialists to win and retain business.
• Expand existing relationships by identifying uncovered exposures and cross-selling lines.
