Job summary

King Risk Partners seeks a proven producer to win and grow middle-market accounts in property, casualty, and specialty lines. You will drive revenue while advising clients and coordinating with placement pros to deliver competitive, comprehensive proposals.

This role sits with a founder-led, fast-scaling independent broker offering national carrier access, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to equity participation.
You will report to the Commercial Sales Leader and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing middle-market commercial P&C with a track record of new premium.
• Active P&C license; ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run full sales cycle from prospecting to binding.

Responsibilities

• Generate $1.2M+ in new middle-market premium within 18 months.
• Build a qualified pipeline of 40+ opportunities each quarter.
• Convert 25% of first meetings into bound business.
• Aim for 85% first-year retention on new accounts via stewardship.
• Expand 20% of existing relationships with additional lines.
