This producer role sits at the center of our expansion: you will win and grow middle-market accounts that protect businesses and accelerate our trajectory. You report to the Commercial Sales Leader and partner daily with dedicated account executives, claims advocates, and placement specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing middle-market commercial P&C with a documented track record of $750K+ new premium.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through binding and first-year servicing.

Responsibilities

• Generate $1.2M+ in new middle-market commercial premium within 18 months by originating, qualifying, and closing property, casualty, and specialty accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline of 40+ active opportunities each quarter through targeted prospecting, centers of influence, and referral networks.
• Convert 25% of first meetings into bound business by delivering consultative risk assessments and competitive, comprehensive proposals.
• Achieve 85% first-year retention on new accounts through proactive stewardship and cross-sell of employee benefits or surety.
• Expand 20% of existing middle-market relationships by identifying uncovered exposures and placing additional lines.
• Contribute to agency growth by mentoring junior producers and sharing market intelligence with the underwriting and service teams.
