Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Mid-West Regional Account Manager to cultivate new customer accounts and expand existing relationships. You will bring innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to customers, driving their business forward.

You will lead the sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams on design and development, and identify new opportunities using Plastipak’s CRM tools. Travel up to 60% and manage budgets, rebates, and forecasting as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Packaging Engineering.
• A minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, ideally in rigid plastics or other packaging.
• A proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Prior experience using SAP is a plus.

• Oversee the entire scope of the customer relationship, including financial management: budgets, accruals, rebates, and amortizations, as well as forecasting.

You’ll Earn:

• $115,000 - $150,000, based on qualifications and experience
• This position is eligible for an annual bonus, which is calculated based on individual & company performance
