Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical service sales, estimating, account management.
• Knowledge of medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, and industrial power systems.
• Experience managing people, processes, and customer expectations.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and proposal development experience.
• Valid driver's license; Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, estimating, and production management for MV and industrial electrical service work to meet or exceed margin targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing service customers.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, and property‑management verticals.
• Support business‑development activities, including lead follow‑up, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, project budgets, forecasts, and service proposals.
• Track labor, materials, job costs, and overall project performance; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and resource coordination across active service jobs.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate service technicians within the department.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from proposal development through project completion and collection.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
