Enterprise Electrical in Houston, TX, seeks an Account Manager to support and grow our Electrical Service Division. You will manage client accounts, coordinate service requests, and build long-term partnerships while ensuring high-quality service on commercial electrical projects.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-service skills, understands electrical service operations, and can manage multiple service calls and client needs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, service coordination, or project support (electrical/construction preferred).
• Strong understanding of electrical service work, materials, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial service accounts.
• Build and grow client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and walk-throughs as needed.
• Manage renewals, proposals, and service agreements.
• Provide customers with product information and ETA; deliver timely solutions.
