Redgate is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer to own and deliver meaningful features across core systems. You’ll learn design principles, testing methods, and Redgate’s internal workflows while contributing from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with modern C#/.NET and SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of source control and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to apply design principles and architectural patterns with trade-offs.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and failure modes in production environments.
• Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver significant features end-to-end across critical systems.
• Influence architectural decisions and deepen platform understanding.
• Own production issues from investigation to resolution and prevention.
• Work across data, security, purchasing, licensing, identity, authentication, and usage systems.
• Collaborate with product teams and the wider business to ensure reliable delivery.
