This senior, hands-on role demands translating vague requirements into concrete plans and communicating clearly with engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques including LLM-based approaches to real problems.
• Design scalable, reliable systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with backend services, APIs, cloud infra, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand workflows and data environments.
• Build core platform features and customer-specific integrations.
• Develop AI-enabled applications, agents, and workflow automation.
• Own delivery from prototype to production with secure, auditable deployments.
