As we scale our presence in the AMER market, we need someone who can take full ownership of our regional events calendar: from tradeshows and hosted dinners to driving the logistics, communications, and on‑site experience that make every touchpoint count.

You’ll work closely with the Events Marketing Manager to own and deliver Redgate's AMER regional events program, spanning major tradeshows, hosted dinners, and elevated customer experiences. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving: coordinating logistics, leading on‑site crews, managing internal speakers, and making sure every event, from a 100‑person dinner to a 65,000‑person conference, reflects Redgate's brand and delivers against commercial goals. This role involves travel to events throughout the year in line with the seasonal program.
