Job summary

1st St. NW Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance and assembly of machined parts in a low-volume, high-mix setting.

You will coach staff, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, and track KPIs using the ERP system. The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience and 2+ years in a supervisor role, with experience in machining environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical education.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 2+ years in a production supervisor role.
• Experience in a machining environment.
• Experience with an ERP/MRP system.
• Ability to work mid/2nd shift.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

70-year-old (and growing!) industrial components engineering & manufacturing company has an opening for a Production Supervisor on the 2^nd / mid-shift (Monday through Thursday 12/Noon – 10:30 pm).
