Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor in Flower Mound, TX to coordinate production activities, ensure quality, and drive P&L results. Mid-shift runs 10:30AM–7:00PM, with potential for 3:00PM–11:30PM as needed.

Starting pay is $21.44/hr plus a 20% supervisor premium and shift differential, totaling $25.73/hr with potential monthly bonus. The role involves supervising production workers, scheduling tasks, meeting KPIs, and delivering clear shift transition updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic approach.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers and coordinate tasks.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and report performance.
• Lead shift transitions and communicate with next shift.
• Support escalation handling and issue resolution.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
