Job summary

Mannik Smith Group is seeking a Mid/Senior Roadway Engineer to join their Transportation Platform team in Fredericksburg, VA. This role is focused on designing and developing transportation projects that improve infrastructure across Virginia.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in transportation design, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a PE license in Virginia or an EIT. The position offers a robust benefits package, including medical insurance, 401K, and a supportive team culture.

What You'll Do:

• Shape communities: Design and develop transportation projects including roads, highways, and traffic management systems that directly improve how people move.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field)

• Proficiency in MicroStation preferred
