Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within construction/public infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory codes for public projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and BIM/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of design and construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
