Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of AIA contract documents and NYC procurement regulations.
• OSHA 30 certification required; PMP, CCM, or PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to NYC agency guidelines and MWBE participation.
