• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of design and construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
