Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong motion drafting and legal research skills required.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing.
• Experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Litigation Paralegal with exceptional motion drafting, legal research, and case management experience to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Location, Schedule, Salary

• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office
• Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and assist with substantive motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence for attorney review.
