Job summary

Adams- is seeking a Mid-Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our San Francisco team in a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on supporting complex, high-profile litigation matters with strong motion drafting, legal research, and case management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and at least 7 years of experience in a law firm, with deep knowledge of court rules, e-filing, and experience with Relativity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare substantive motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research.
• Manage large, complex litigation matters including class actions.
• Coordinate discovery, document review, and case organization.
• Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation including depositions and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.

Join a highly respected litigation team and play a key role supporting complex, high-profile matters. We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Litigation Paralegal with exceptional motion drafting, legal research, and case management experience to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and assist with substantive motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence for attorney review.
• Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research to support litigation strategy.
• Manage large and complex litigation matters, including class actions.
• Coordinate discovery, document review, and case organization.
• Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize case-related information.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong motion drafting and legal research skills are required.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing requirements.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
