Job description

Our client is a prestigious boutique trial law firm in San Francisco. They are seeking a couple of Litigation Paralegals with 3-5+ years of experience to support their busy trial practice.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize and index case materials, including pleadings, communications, and document productions
• Review and assemble materials to be used at depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trial, including exhibit lists
• Assist with preparing declarations, notices, and discovery requests
• Review and cite check filings and organizing appropriate exhibits
• Manage document reviews; run document searches; manage tags and folders, and assist with productions and tracking
• Prepare for and assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and §6450 compliance preferred
• 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Cite checking and Witness Prep experience
• Proficiency with e-discovery tools
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Relativity, LiveNote, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, PACER and other electronic databases

Salary

Up to $140,000, can be flexible depending on experience. Top benefits and fantastic bonus potential.
