Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in California is assisting a leading law firm by recruiting a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation matters in a hybrid work environment. This career-track role offers a lead position on large matters and mentorship of junior staff.

The Senior Paralegal will partner with attorneys through all litigation stages, coordinating discovery, trial logistics, and documentation while ensuring compliance and best practices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation paralegal experience with an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation practice.
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, trial, arbitration, and hearings.
• Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, or hearings.
• Knowledge of court and administrative-agency filings, including electronic filing.
• Proficiency with cite-checking and Bluebook rules.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or Nuix Discover.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Adobe Acrobat in a legal environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, judgment, and client-service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Availability for overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

LHH is assisting a leading law firm in its search for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation matters in a hybrid work environment. This is a career-track opportunity for an experienced paralegal who can serve as a lead resource on major cases while helping guide junior paralegals and support professionals.

The Role

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will partner closely with attorneys and case teams throughout all phases of litigation, from intake and discovery through trial, arbitration, and hearings.
