DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead interiors and architecture projects through all phases, including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration, FF&E.
• Develop and manage FFE budgets and schedules.
• Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community.
• Manage multiple projects, staffing, and schedules.
• Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients.
• Present design concepts, materials, and furniture to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Interior Designer or Registered Architect in the state of Texas.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program.
• 5+ years’ experience.
• Excellent leadership, management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suites preferred.
• LEED AP preferred.
