Role Description

This is a remote position for an SAP PEO Consultant/Architect. We are seeking a Consultant/Solutions Architect for the PEO Statement of Work with an Aerospace & Defense client.

The role involves consulting with clients to understand business processes and requirements, designing and implementing SAP PEO solutions, managing master data, and ensuring system integration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and implementation services
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is beneficial
• Experience in designing and configuring SAP PEO
• Good knowledge of solutions architecture
• Knowledge of shop floor routing management, including creating operations, activities, linking components, PRT, work instructions, etc.; creating and maintaining HR qualifications; configuring major assembly production; custom development for PEO; and experience with SAP CAMS/Shop Floor Automation
• Ability to work independently and in a team, especially remotely
• Strong analytical skills, business process knowledge, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
