Role Overview: Working within a cross-functional team, the CC&B Architect specializing in Oracle data management will focus on refactoring and integrating CC&B with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management to enhance data flow and operational efficiency. The role also involves automating data synchronization and updates to minimize manual efforts and errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems
  • Experience designing and implementing data models supporting CC&B applications
  • Skills in optimizing database performance, including indexing and query tuning
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware for system integration
  • Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services
  • Understanding of data security measures including encryption and access controls
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements for data management
  • Ability to troubleshoot database issues efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing insights
  • Experience managing database projects aligned with business needs
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts
  • Leadership qualities for mentoring team members and driving projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Automation scripting skills in Shell, Python, or JavaScript
  • Linux/Unix system administration experience
  • Knowledge of Tibco & Boomi
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service Application (OUCSS) and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
