Location: Irvine, California

Responsibilities

• Manage small to regional multidisciplinary projects
• Develop and implement technical approaches for site characterization
• Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and communicate with project managers
• Provide technical training and support to staff to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of related experience
• Master's degree or higher in Geology, Geologic Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Professional registration in California (PG, CEG, or CHG)
• Experience with fieldwork, project management under regulatory oversight, and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., RCRA, CERCLA)
• Experience overseeing environmental drilling and sampling, including installation of wells and aquifer testing
• Hands-on experience with drilling methods and analyzing geophysical and borehole logs
• Excellent communication skills
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork
