Job summary

Keystone Resort in Keystone, Colorado, is seeking an Assistant General Manager- Front of House for the Mountain House operation on a Winter Seasonal basis. You will lead a high-volume dining team, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence across front of house.

With 2+ years of restaurant leadership, you will manage scheduling, training, and staff development, while upholding safety, quality, and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• High-volume restaurant background preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred; TIPS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant with responsive, friendly service.
• Assist managing dining operations and performance for front of house, including training and scheduling.
• Review staff performance and provide feedback and direction.
• Assist with administrative duties including hiring, transactions, inventory, payroll and records management.
• Maintain facility standards for food preparation, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
